Idealist vs. Indeed:
Idealist and Indeed are very different in terms of their focus. Idealist is a website that features a job board dedicated to nonprofit listings, while Indeed covers all job sectors. Similarities include free and paid listings, advanced categories, as well as global coverage.
Idealist vs. EthicalJobs.com.au:
Unlike Idealist. EthicalJobs.com.au does not offer free job postings. While Idealist provides employers access to a global audience, EthicalJobs.com.au is focused on the nonprofit sector in Australia. While the latter is better if you're recruiting locally, it is the more expensive option.
Idealist vs. Pro Bono:
Pro Bono, like EthicalJobs.com.au, is focused on the nonprofit market in Australia and does not offer free postings, like Idealist. While Pro Bono is a great option for reaching local candidates, Idealist is the platform to use if you're looking to build an international team.
