Review:
As a niche job board, Malakye has a small but dedicated audience. While the site allows employers from any country to post a job, Australians make up a small percentage of visitors to the site. The most prominent feature offered by Malakye is the ability to create detailed company profiles.
Pros:
- Well-established companies, such as Nike, Puma, and Harley-Davidson, are registered on Malakye.
- The site is aimed at outdoor, creative, and lifestyle-driven jobs, making it easier to find qualified candidates.
- The platform has over 270,000 candidate profiles.
- Employers can add their company profiles to job posts for increased brand awareness.
- The "Scout" package comes with a free trial and allows employers to message job seekers directly.
- Listings are promoted on the platform's social media pages.
- Employers can connect with both local and international candidates.
Cons:
- Because this is a niche site, there may be fewer candidates compared to larger and more general job boards.
- Vacancies aren't distributed to other job boards.
- Pricing is not made clear until after registration.
- The platform has no dedicated Australian site.
- Pricing is only available in U.S. dollars.

Malakye vs. SEEK:
SEEK is a prominent Australian job board with a reported 26 million visitors to the site each month. Pricing is dependent on a number of variables and the site offers applicant tracking, email scheduling, and access to resumes. While Malakye has a free basic plan and paid posting options, it offers fewer features than SEEK and has a smaller local reach.
Malakye vs. Workforce Australia:
Workforce Australia is an Australian job board created by local government. Unlike Malake, it is completely free to use. While Workforce Australia features a wider variety of general jobs, Malayke is a good option for targeted hiring in the creative, outdoor, and lifestyle sectors.
Malakye vs. Jora:
Jora is an Australian-based job board where employers can post up to ten free job ads per month and sponsor job ads for increased visibility. Malakye has a free basic plan and pricing starts at US$325.00 per post, but unlike Jora, it has a dedicated niche audience that can be invaluable when looking for specific candidates.
