Baggage porters assist guests with their baggage and help to ensure that they have a pleasant stay at the hotel. They can be tasked with arranging transport or event tickets for guests or handling mail and deliveries on behalf of guests.

5. How would you respond if a client asks you to arrange tickets to a sold-out opera?

Assesses the candidate's knowledge of events happening in the city and their willingness to try and assist guests.
