Review:

CaSPR is a members-only society for recruiters. The organization was founded in 2003 to help hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities across Canada source and place physicians. It currently has approximately 150 members and was initially formed as a regional chapter of the Association for Advancing Physician and Provider Recruitment.

Not only does the society help with recruitment, but it also provides assistance to employers and members in terms of education, networking opportunities, and advocating for best practices in the sector. Members have free access to these services as well as job postings.

Pros:

• Job posts can remain active for up to three months.
• Employers have access to a network of roughly 150 recruiters across Canada.
• CaSPR employers have access to mentorship programs and networking events.
• The society hosts recruiting events where employers can meet job seekers.

• Information about the platform's recruitment services is only available to members of the society.
• The job board isn't arranged by the date posted, which makes it difficult for candidates to find new postings.
• The site is not available in French.
