Click on "Employers."
Go to the IdahoWorks home page and select "Employers" in the main navigation menu.
Create an account.
Scroll to the sign-in section of the page and click on the "Create one now!" button beneath the text "Need an account?"
Read the employer agreement policy and click on "Accept" to indicate that you understand and agree to it.
Enter your FEIN and SEIN and click on "Search" to find out if your company is already registered. Then, select your company or click on "Add Employer" if it is not yet registered.
If creating a new employer, complete the online form and then select "Create Employer" toward the bottom of the page.
Await account approval. This typically takes two to three business days.
Create and post your job.
Log in to your account and click on "Job Postings" from the side menu. Then, click on "Create a Job" and complete an eight-step process to create and post your job ad.
Your job ad will visible to the public once your account has been approved.
