IEEE Job Site offers employers a targeted approach to hiring electrical and electronics engineers. While the largest proportion of website traffic comes from the U.S., the site attracts page visits from across the globe, making it a good option for finding both local and international talent.

Pros:
- There are multiple job posting plans to suit different business needs.
- Job postings can be enhanced with optional upgrades for increased exposure.
- The site offers both 30- and 60-day job postings.
- Employers can access a resume database with more than 125,000 profiles.
- Job postings and candidate searches can be managed from a user-friendly online dashboard.
- Employers can create a company profile to aid brand awareness.
Cons:
- There is no free job posting option.
- The platform doesn't offer advanced hiring features, such as automatic candidate matching.
