What counts as a job?
A job post that is open. Close one and you can open another. One post can fill more than one opening. We keep billing you while no jobs are open, so cancel in Billing when you're done hiring.
What happens when the 4 free days end?
Pick a plan to keep your jobs up. If you don't, the job page comes down and you pay nothing. Your applicants stay in your account.
How soon do applicants come in?
Your first job gets a quick review before it goes out. After that, job sites usually pick up a new job within a few hours, and applicants usually start arriving within a day. Most job sites don't approve new jobs over the weekend. Your 4 free days don't start until your first applicant arrives.
Do I have to list the pay?
Only where the law says so. In those places, job sites won't show your job until you add the pay.
Does promoting a job cost extra?
Only if you turn it on, and you pay Indeed or ZipRecruiter directly. On Indeed, you never pay more than the cap you set. On ZipRecruiter, you see the price before you confirm.

How do I cancel?
Go to Billing in your account, or email us. It takes effect at once and stops any charges. We ask the job sites to take your ads down, usually within 24 hours. You can still log in to see your applicants and download their resumes.
What if I pay and it doesn't work out?
Ask within 100 days and we refund every dollar. No questions asked.
